LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking companies in the Manufacturing industry. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support their executive team and drive financial performance through detailed analysis, forecasting and strategic insights. This position offers a competitive starting salary up to $105,000 plus additional bonus earning opportunities. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Naperville, IL.
Senior Financial AnalystResponsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track financial results, key performance indicators and external benchmarks
Provide insightful analysis to support the executive team in making informed decisions
Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecast updates for the Networks segment
Independently analyze financials and collaborate with department heads to explain, review and finalize all projections
Leverage new systems to automate the compilation and distribution of financial results
Coordinate the budget and forecast process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Prepare ad hoc financial models and analyses of business investment opportunities
Communicate results and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Participate in various ad-hoc projects to gain cross-functional exposure and develop strong business acumen
Collaborate with different departments to support strategic initiatives and process improvements
Senior Financial AnalystRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related business field
3+ years in a corporate finance environment, with manufacturing experience highly desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Excellent critical thinking, creative problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities simultaneously
