We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Advisory Associate to join our client's growing team, with a leading professional services and management consulting firm. Core Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, advisory, and consulting
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions
Research and analyze complex tax issues and legislation, communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
Collaborate with other tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA preferred or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services, with a focus on corporate or partnership tax
Strong technical knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
