We are looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to join our team! This role will be responsible for essential aspects of commercial/industrial real estate budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and creating actionable analytics. The Manager will be a trusted partner providing analytical advisory to all departments, driving strategic decision making and ensuring continued growth. The Financial Analysis Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategies across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Financial Analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of property reporting for Management, Board and Ownership
Create and utilize complex financial models, and forecasts
Prepare budget and forecast for existing projects and assist with the overall corporate plan
Coordinate and review monthly property level reporting packages
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
Collaborate with and support the management team in evaluating opportunities
Produce ad hoc property level financial analysis as requested
Interact closely with senior management and others in a collaborative manner
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate
Minimum 7 years' experience in Real Estate Finance or Accounting required
Proficient in Excel
Yardi experience is an asset
Track record with financial modeling, including budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics
Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
