Working on all aspects of the investment process from sourcing, due diligence, to the execution of PE secondary transactions, including GP-led deals, LP secondaries and single-asset continuation vehicles
Preparing detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses and investment memos
Valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds
Monitoring existing investments
Assisting with fundraising efforts and other strategic initiatives
Requirements:
4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with at least 1-2 years of buyside experience at a secondaries fund
