Intero Chiropractic is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of our growth marketing efforts, including driving social media, paid advertising and lead generation. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven manager with outstanding marketing acumen and exemplary work ethic who takes pride in transforming the business and team to excellence.

The ideal candidate will be logically measured, and a strategic planner with the ability to specify, strategize, and define opportunities as well as execute on those growth opportunities.

This individual will be able to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, the manager should be able to expand our company's digital footprint, top line revenue growth, and conversions.

The following are detailed performance objectives for the Growth Marketing Manager. When measuring overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using these standards. We prefer that the Marketing Manager learn our business and current marketing strategy during the first 30 days. Next, the Manager will start executing on the performance objectives listed below:

90 Day Performance Objectives:
  • Understand our company and objectives, strategy, and unique selling points
  • Understand the drivers of leads into our business, and how to drive that process
  • Begin to contribute to the strategy, develop KPI's and metrics for the full funnel
  • Begin to execute on social media content strategy and creation, as well as development of our lead nurture process & CRM.
  • Help leadership team free up their time by making sure contractors are achieving results through excellent project management and systems design.

180 day performance objectives:
  • Execute on KPI's and long term goals
  • Create the tactical "how" of the year 1 goals, pivoting when needed
  • Driving revenue growth fully, and project manage initiatives that will allow us to open up more offices
  • Fully measure marketing effectiveness
