Job Description:
What you'll do...
- Lead a team of analysts focused on operations, competitive, and clickstream data analytics.
- Remain hands-on, owning some IC projects, and mentoring analysts at a coding level.
- Design and manage complex multivariate tests.
- Be a data-driven storyteller.
- Optimize campaign decision engine for customer engagement using predictive models.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic digital initiatives.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
What we're looking for...
- Mid-to-senior background in business analytics with strong SQL scripting skills.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring others.
- Proficiency with Azure is desired.
- Previous experience with Spark and Python.
- Experience working with data within Blob Storage, Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, etc.
- Skilled in data visualization tools like Power BI (other tools will be considered).
- Experience with data notebooks and exploratory analytics.
- Adept at multivariate testing and binomial distribution analysis.
