We are working with a software firm that specialize in providing services within a very niche industry. They have an existing software support team in Europe and are looking to expand that service from their offices in PA.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an interest in technology and experience in a customer service or customer facing position. This engineer will become an SME in the organizations specific platform and provide white glove support to customers.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of call for customers
Troubleshoot software issues
Maintain communication with customer throughout ticket resolution
Requirements:
2 years' experience in a customer facing position
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Experience in Data Migration
Experience within E-disclosure or E-discovery would be beneficial
