Our growing pharmaceutical client is looking to add a Manager of Quality Control to their team. This professional is responsible for oversight of daily operations of our client's chemistry laboratory.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of daily operations of the Chemistry laboratory
Train and oversee laboratory supervisor and lead(s)
Maintain compliance of all testing methods and technologies used within the Quality Control department
Develop strategies for continuous improvement and personnel development within the Quality Control department
Write and /or review Standard Operating Procedures
Work with all departments for continuous improvement
Aid in Customer Complaint Investigations/Deviations/CAPA and Audits as needed
Hire and maintain Quality Control staffing needs
Advise all departments as needed with technical laboratory information
As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required
