As an Embedded Software Manager, you'll help lead the flight software team and own the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems.
You report directly to the Director of Software and will play a crucial role in their first spacecraft launch in 2025!
Embedded Software Manager Responsibilities:
Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
Lead and manage the Flight Software team plus provide technical guidance
Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
Design and execute full software test cases
Embedded Software Manager Requirements:
Experience coding in C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
