Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive the launch of innovative medical device that directly impacts patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in personalized diagnostic solutions for individuals suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). You must have experience in Clinical Lab product management to be considered.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving the growth of our patented and innovative inFoods IBS laboratory developed test to physician groups. You will be responsible for all operational and project management aspects to optimize and coordinate backend processing of our InFoods IBS test.
Responsibilities
Product & Project Cross-Functional Leadership • Leads cross functional teams through product and service optimization • Responsible for synthesizing the project work breakdown and schedules into an integrated plan. Drive successful execution of the overall project. • Defines, plans, and manages program resources through partnership with functional managers and outside vendors. • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments • Strategize and implement appropriate go-to-market plans
Business and Financial Acumen • Ensures alignment of product value proposition and business objectives to the project scope and plan • Leads program planning process ensuring marketing and product requirements are driven by customer needs. • Accountable for developing and managing a project budget including capital expenditure and expenses,. • Links project goals and objectives to commercial and financial outcomes
Innovative Self Starter • Critically thinks about the big picture and generates novel ideas for defining, implementing, and bringing to market new products, technologies, and services. • Constructively challenges team and the organization on assumptions in technical designs and commercial excellence reviews. • Actively promote continuous learning to improve skills of self and the group.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: • Minimally requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years relevant experience in new product launched and project management within the regulated clinical laboratory medical industry. • Advanced degree in relevant technical discipline preferred. • MUST have experience and a history of working in clinical labs. • Proficiency with typical Project management, Product Management and collaboration tools preferred
