Salary Range
$35,000 - $55,000 base, depending on experience
Position Summary
The Office Assistant provides general support for the Operations Manager by assisting with administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assisting Operations Manager with personal injury or workers' compensation projects as needed
Preparing for and completing all office runs as needed (court, bank, client documents)
Pursuing information regarding various correspondence (case updates and status requests)
Scanning Litigation documents into correct mailrooms
Delivers Litigation to the appropriate Litigation Specialist
Filing of physical litigation documents
Scanning Mail into the correct mailrooms
Clearing regular mailrooms daily
Sorting incoming faxes to the correct file in the CMS
Auditing various files as assigned
Filling in for Claims Assistants (WC/PI) as needed
Ensuring CMS feed is cleared daily
Ensuring emails are cleared daily
Performing other duties as assigned
