Looking for 8+ years as a technical HRIT Analyst/HRIS Analyst.
Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and MS Office products.
Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
Experience developing and executing test scripts for various system changes such as implementations, enhancements, upgrades, etc.
Experience with Workday is required
Global HR experience preferred.
Knowledge of global data protection laws a plus.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.
Support configuration in Workday of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking Create new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements
Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate key roll-out activities Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes.
Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.
Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processes
Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and supporting applications
