We are currently seeking experienced operations consulting professionals, with 5-10 years of consulting or chemical industry plant operations experience.
A practical understanding of process manufacturing, maintenance & reliability, production planning and safety, as well as, a track record of driving throughput, up-time and overall plant improvement programs is required. A knowledge of Lean methodologies is a plus, as is experience leading capital programs, turnarounds or major plant expansions.
The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to work with employees at all levels and of different cultural backgrounds. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential and fluency in a second language is of benefit.
Applicants must be fully mobile and flexible as the position involves 100% travel. Relocation is not necessary.
