Job Overview

The Director, Child Health Provider Partnerships will cultivate, develop, maintain, and enhance a cross-functional organizational framework to support the collaboration of Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO), CU School of Medicine (CU SoM), and child health providers. The Director will support the Provider and Program Support (PPS) program across the system of care in close collaboration and alignment with key leaders across the enterprise, with a focus on economic alignment, strategic collaboration, and operational transformation. The director will navigate across organizational boundaries to secure buy-in, support, and success on delicate and frequently private subjects. This role will be responsible for developing a strategic plan and advancing reporting capabilities, requiring strong analytical talents. For agreements, addenda, component arrangements, etc., the director will collaborate closely with executives from the hospital, faculty, finance, legal, medical staff services, and partnerships departments.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in health care administration, management, finance, nursing, or a directly related field.

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience in administration, business development, finance, practice management, clinical management, and/or a related business operation in a complex academic healthcare environment plus 3 years of leadership experience.

EQUIVALENCY: Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for a Bachelor degree requirement on a year for year basis.

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $114,731.28 to $191,218.79
