Imprint Property Group is a small professional real estate investment company that asset manages and develops active adult senior housing, the company is based in southern Marin, northern California, with currently some nine properties, of which three, are based in Texas, it developed itself. Another development is set to break ground later this year.
This position reports to the CEO and will have extensive contact with the 'C' level team and head of the dual roles of investor relations and asset management.
Principal Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the finance department including but not limited to:
Structuring, modeling, fundraising for new developments, and refinancing of existing.
Negotiation of acquisitions, financings, and disposal
Manages the senior accountant in their performance of all accounting functions.
Manages audit, tax, lender, state, and other compliance matters, and recommend efficiencies.
Ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies in addition to accurate and relevant reporting to stakeholders.
Maintains accurate financial statements and reports.
Oversees all payroll functions.
