As a Private Equity Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in the firm's investment process, from deal origination to execution and portfolio management. You'll conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to assess investment opportunities, helping the firm make informed decisions about potential acquisitions or investments. Additionally, you'll work closely with senior members of the team to evaluate strategic initiatives and growth opportunities for portfolio companies, providing valuable insights and support in implementing value creation strategies. The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:
Execution of broader market and industry research
Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return analysis for various investment targets
Take point on due diligence processes
Monitor existing investment portfolio
Assisting the team with operating/portfolio company work
The Private Equity Associate should have the following qualifications:
1-3 years of PE experience with a reputable firm or 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience with a strong middle market bank
Bachelor's Degree
Superior financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills (there will be a modeling test)
Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic
