Schedule: 5 days on site and hybrid (3 days on site) after training period.
We are helping our client, a global multi-industrial manufacturing leader, in the search of a Senior Accountant with 3 -5 years accounting experience in a publicly traded company, industry or public accounting.
This candidate must have advanced excel skills; strong understanding of GAAP principles and inventory accounting are desired for this role as long as journal entry preparation/account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
The senior accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for overseeing the general ledger and accounting related activities.
Assists with reporting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations.
Perform inventory counts and raw materials.
Performs reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
May be trained and assigned to specialized tasks such as fixed assets, state and local tax, or other accounting operations.
