The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial activities including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. Additionally, the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner is essential.
Responsibilities
Assist in annual budget, financial reporting, and monthly forecasting process
Develop financial models and clearly communicate results through clear, concise verbal and written reports
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, budgeting, and modeling processes
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Identify ways to improve profitability and propose operational improvements to managers
Develops financial models with guidance and influence strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
