As the Vice President of Product Development, you will lead the product development efforts with a particular focus on Radio Frequency (RF) products. Your role involves directing and expanding the product development team to bolster the company's leadership position in the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to market release, aligning product development with customer requirements and company objectives.

Skill Set:
Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.
5 years of experience managing an electrical engineering team.
5 years of experience bringing RF products to market.
least 3 years of experience in the NPD process and engineering documentation systems.
in Microsoft Office Products, CAD, SAP, and Agile PLM preferred.
