You should definitely apply if:
You have an extensive background in software engineering with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial engineer role and at least 3 years as an IC role. We'd love to chat if you've got early-stage (Seed, Series A) startup experience
You're a talented engineer based in ATX or wanting to relocate to ATX to work with a small team of 8 on something super meaningful
Startups excite you, you love to build and ship products quickly and constantly iterate on features, collaborating with all parts of the team on technical workflow, user journey, ways to improvement, and speed
You have a proven technical pedigree for building and scaling complex architectures and ecosystems for high-growth audiences
You have experience building, scaling, and managing effective engineering teams
API experience with Stripe, Checkr, OpenAI would be ideal
React.JS, SQL, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgre, Vercel, tRPC, Azure, Clerk are all in our tech stack currently, exp with these is a must or ability to level up our tech stack from these
