LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time direct hire role will be fully onsite.
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all mortgage servicing operations, supervising a large team, coordinating audits, and assisting with strategic planning. This role requires 5-10 years of mortgage servicing experience. We are looking for an applicant with excellent communication and technology skills.
Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of mortgage servicing operations, including payment processing and home retention departments • Supervise large staff, including 4 direct reports, and ensure department deadlines are met • Manage mortgage servicing for agency investors and private real estate contract servicing • Assist with strategic planning, including financial planning, product management and technology systems • Coordinate audit requests and processes • Maintain good relationships with vendors, managers, and the mortgage servicing team • Keep up to date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of mortgage servicing oversight, or 10+ years of experience • Agency servicing experience required • MSP software experience required (ICE/Black Knight preferred) • Strong Word and Excel skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced technology skills, including computer terminal/ person computer operation, and mainframe computer systems • Through knowledge of compliance regulations and operational policies
