Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Accounting/Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to both accounting and finance functions within the organization. This role is ideal for recent accounting or finance graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting and further develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Perform reconciliations of accounts and investigate discrepancies
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Internship or on the job experience is a plus
