We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market research, leveraging strong analytical skills, and implementing various marketing tactics to drive business growth. A business vision and experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM, app management, and WeChat community management are essential. Collaboration with the brand marketing team to ensure consistency of brand image and experience is crucial. Experience in the food and beverage industry and fluency in Mandarin are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead store-related marketing activities, including new store openings and regular promotions, to drive foot traffic and sales.

2. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' activities. Utilize insights to develop effective marketing strategies.

3. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

4. Develop and execute marketing tactics across multiple channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM, app management, and WeChat community management.

5. Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team to ensure consistency of brand image, messaging, and customer experience across all marketing initiatives.

6. Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

9. Foster strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to drive marketing strategies and decisions.

4. Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

5. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

6. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, particularly for collaboration with international partners or customers.
