An established asset management firm is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate must be proactive and poised, with 3-5 years of experience. Experience in finance is a major plus.

Location: Downtown Los Angeles | Parking NOT included
Schedule: On-site 5 days a week | 8:00am-4:30pm PT
Pay Rate: $35.00/hour | 80K salary if converted
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Open-ended, can convert to full time
Responsibilities:
Experience supporting multiple executives at once
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Can complete other projects, attention to detail, sharp etc.
Experience with Concur preferred
