Crossgate Logistics, LLC, is seeking a motivated Applications Administrator I. As the first point of contact for WMS support, the Applications Administrator I delivers Tier 1 support for customers, end-users, and internal departments, addressing issues and escalating when needed. This role also includes troubleshooting, analyzing, and testing enhancements for compatibility, ensuring functionality and adherence to guidelines. Reporting to the WMS Application Manager, this position is vital for maintaining the functionality and usability of our software applications.
Essential Functions

Supporting Blue Yonder installation by troubleshooting user issues, training users on WMS functions, creating new users, and developing and maintaining SOPs for daily activities and training.
Front line support and maintenance of WMS equipment such as tablets, printers, and scan guns.
Support new customers by configuration of the WMS to allow for receiving, storage, and shipping.
Support and configuration of external applications such as Ship Junction, Toolbox, Folio, and Conductor.
Research and analyze business problems to determine if systems' solutions are advisable and available.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; providing training to staff personnel and end-users.
Manage critical business software and analyze continuous improvement.
Be able to work independently on a project; and see it through the testing and implementation phase through understanding business needs and functions.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Able to excel in a manufacturing/distribution facility and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task, manage time constraints, and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience with custom development, integration and managing 3rd party solutions is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Exempt employees are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. No overtime or additional compensation is provided to exempt employees. Must be able to maintain our regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Travel
Some local and national travel may be required for this position. Must maintain a valid driver's license and have current automobile insurance.
