We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager who will be responsible for managing critical business applications (primarily the M365 suite) and associated support models. The role is a key interface to our user community, and facilitates organizational change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and collaborate on roadmaps for enterprise applications & M365 ecosystem, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations and migrations
Establish and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and service providers for enterprise applications, ensuring their effectiveness
Partner with lines of business to identify use cases and requirements for process improvements.
Evaluate new tools based on line of business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing enterprise applications.
Experience in leading people, giving feedback, or mentoring as a manager.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite is a must have.
