Focus on day-to-day project management and coordination of Clinet's U.S. social media and digital advertising content. (Photos, videos, graphics, etc.)
Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using a project management tool. (WorkFront)
Assemble weekly content calendars with the help of the Social Media Content Associate.
Provide creative direction and copywriting for items like videos, graphics, and Stories.
Work closely with the Creative Team on task execution or details needed to create planned social media content.
Monitoring social media channels for user generated content and influencer content.
Ad hoc social media projects that could include, but are not limited to: writing video scripts, participating in short-form video content creation (TikTok or Reels), competitor research, assisting the PR team as-needed, and some digital advertising (web banner ads) tasks.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience working in social media, content creation, digital advertising, and/or project management.
A background (or interest in) in marketing, direct sales, or the beauty industry a plus.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Excellent time management and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Adaptability to be able to work and pivot quickly from feedback.
Experience working with project management tools a major plus. (Workfront, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.)
Able to work in-person in an office setting Monday-Thursday in and work from home on Friday.
