Job Description:

*Client is leading alternative asset management firm's direct lending arm

Responsibilities:

• Involvement across the the firm's portfolio with a focus on loan asset management and disposition and loan closings
• Interact with management and other platforms to generate analysis to track performance of investments and make recommendations
• Drive preparation of monthly reviews, quarterly portfolio review materials, valuation materials, and other ad- hoc internal reporting requests
• Assist deal teams with supporting analysis for potential financing or refinancing opportunities
• Assist on all internal requests and from other business units including analytics and investor relations
• Other ad-hoc special projects relating to portfolio investments (e.g., divestment decisions)

Preferred

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience working for a valuation firm, accounting firm in transaction advisory, or credit role at a private credit firm or bank
• Knowledge and experience with credit agreements and related documentation is preferred
• Experience in performing asset management for middle market loans is preferred, not required
• Expert or in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Target pay is up to $200k total cash compensation, depending on years of experience
