JCW Group is partnering with an established regional bank to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This position will play a key role in preparing internal and external financial regulatory reports. This is a full-time opportunity based out of the firm's central New Jersey office.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, and assist in annual budget forecasting.
Analyze and prepare ALM reports, including liquidity and capital stress tests.
Manage, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of the Bank's investment securities and general ledger.
Support the Head of Financial Reporting with timely completion of special projects and adherence to bank policies.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and develop processes to improve financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required in Accounting or Finance
