Their stores are open for limited hours and closed on all major holidays!

Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll support our client by ensuring efficient operation of the Branch including everything from customer service to P&L. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to ensure their growth and hold them accountable to company standards.

• Gives attention to detail and follows company instruction.
• Establishes goals and works toward achievement of those goals with their team.
• Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage personnel relating to training, development, motivation, retention, and discipline.
