As a pivotal role within our organization, the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO is instrumental in driving efficiency, strategic alignment, and organizational effectiveness. Drawing insights from industry-leading resources, the CoS plays a critical role in navigating complexities, anticipating challenges, and capitalizing on opportunities to advance the company's mission and vision.

Job Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Strategic Partner to the CEO:
Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing counsel and support on key decisions and initiatives.
Operational Excellence and Efficiency:
Lead efforts to optimize organizational processes and workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance operational performance and productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration and communication across departments and functions, breaking down silos and promoting a culture of teamwork and inclusivity.
Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive alignment and integration across the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and the organization with professionalism and integrity.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and external partners, stakeholders, and industry peers.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Support the CEO in long-term strategic planning and decision-making, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform strategic direction.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, anticipating changes and opportunities to position the company for future success.
Executive Support and Communication:
Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and communications, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and commitments.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO, synthesizing complex information into concise and actionable insights.
Requirements:
A strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and planning
General understanding of the CPG space and CPG lifecycle (Development, Introduction, Growth, Maturity)
Experience in organizing, directing and executing across multiple teams and departments, with a proven track record of strong communication skills
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity and attention to detail
Must possess a growth mindset and the ability to be resourceful and navigate ambiguity and complexity in an ever-changing environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven track record of success in a strategic, operational, or executive role, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others up and down the organization.
