This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Lead/Executive Assistant. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the business, managing the supply chain, inventory, and logistics, production, quality control, and customer service. The Operations Manager will work directly with the management team to develop and implement company objectives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and organizing stock.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all products meet our high-quality benchmarks.
Handle customer returns efficiently and improve the return process for stronger customer satisfaction.
Improve the return process and strategize with the team on how to reduce the amount of returns, the exchanges, and repair process.
Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends and areas for growth.
Be able to present the data to the team effectively and efficiently in weekly team meetings.
Manage and optimize the Shopify platform as it relates to keeping the data up to date, accurate pricing, and inventory.
Managing your team to Upload new products to Shopify as new inventory comes in.
Notify and keeping marketing up to date once new products are uploaded.
Collaborate with marketing to promote online products and special e-commerce initiatives.
Keep the teams up to date with inventory. What should be on sale, what could be markdown, what should be moved faster before the next shipment of arrivals.
Help with inventory on all sides of the business: e-commerce, stock transfers for trunk shows, events, and overseeing the Brick and Mortar space.
Train and manage the operations fulfillment team on best practices for inventory management keep operations running efficiently
Managing strategy of our new collections. The process of managing the creation and design. Making sure the samples are ordered, photography approved, and overseeing the end to end process.
Ensure that online operations comply with legal and company standards.
Vendor Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to benefit the company.
Logistics Coordination:Oversee the logistics of product distribution, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
Customer Service Oversight: Ensure that customer service standards are upheld, addressing any issues or complaints effectively.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in inventory management software
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Proficiency with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory management practices.
