About the Role:
- Research contracts and procurements
- Apply consulting skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of the industry
- Develop solutions to complex problems
- Develop and supervise team members
???? Requirements:
- Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
- 5+ years of experience with procurement in defense contracting.
- High School diploma or GED
???? Competencies:
- Experience with procurement, negotiations, or solicitation preparation.
- Experience with evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions to mitigate risk
- Experience with evaluating statements of work or bill of materials for completeness.
- Knowledge of evaluating requirements for hardware, software, fabrication, or electronic components procurements
- Experience evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSAR.
- Experience educating others on contract requirements and procurement processes.
