Currently looking for a talented Process Technician to fill an opening with a well-established manufacturer around the Germantown, WI area. Interested candidates should have previous experience working in plastic injection molding. Please note, this is a 3rd shift position.
Responsibilities of the Process Technician
Optimize and improve plastic injection molding processes
Conduct process evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize cycle times, reduce scrap rates, and increase productivity
Installs molds/dies into injection molding machines according to the production schedule to satisfy production needs and tool development needs
