Primary Responsibilities:

The SIOP Materials Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing, inventory management, S&OP, and logistics of materials used in our organization. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

  • Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while meeting production demands.
  • Implement and lead Ultralox's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, loss, and obsolescence.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on materials usage, inventory levels, and cost variances.
  • Lead a team of materials specialists and buyers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to materials management.
  • Lead materials management team for new ERP system implementation.
  • Effective communication with management, associates, direct reports and outside supplier partners

Position Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Management/related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8-10+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role in Eagan Minnesota: $130,000 - 143,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
