Job Overview: Reporting to the VP, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, the Data Analyst is responsible for building out a reporting infrastructure and supporting all areas of the business with insights and business trends leveraging technology and automation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner with business collaborators to understand their problems and the opportunities for data solutions.
Support DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channel owners on ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics requests
Build a best in class reporting infrastructure and leverage automation and technology to streamline reporting across the company
Develop reporting on all activations and campaigns. Include results across channels, product categories, spend ranges and other metrics. Provide insights to revise for future campaigns.
Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using reporting tools and software for company-wide consumption. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and user-friendly.
Be the owner of tools and processes for managing data quality, maintenance, and governance, ensuring seamless upkeep and viability of data.
Collaborate with engineering and digital product development teams
Identify opportunities for process optimizations
