An award-winning, nationwide quick-service brand is looking to add a District Manager to its team in the Tucson market. This franchise group continues its growth plan with multiple new store openings planned in the future. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential, monthly car allowance, 100% paid employee health insurance, and much more!
This position will require full relocation to Tucson provided by the company.
Requirements:
3+ years of Multi-Unit Management experience
Ideally has Quick Service restaurant experience
Drive Thru experience is a plus
Clean Drivers License with the ability to commute throughout the Tucson area
Strong understanding of all financials related to the restaurant
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed budgeted sales for supervised restaurants
Perform visits to each restaurant weekly
Work to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment
Hire, train, develop, and retain the necessary staff members
Prepare a plan of action, a weekly schedule of activities, along restaurant visits
