Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and tax reporting requirements.
Assist the Operations team with budget and forecast planning, and track performance against the plan.
Develop and enforce the organization's accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all required accounting principles (US GAAP).

Supervise accounting personnel.
Act as the primary contact for all internal and external audits.
Support the finance team with special assignments and financial projects as needed.
Collaborate with Operations to identify new process efficiencies and review costs.
Standardize and align accounting activities and controls across the company's national footprint.
Provide analytical support and actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Prepare monthly management analysis reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
