We have partnered to hire a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their team and lead their marketing efforts to new heights.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, driving demand generation, enabling sales, managing product marketing, fostering partner marketing and enhancing brand awareness through compelling storytelling. You will play a critical role in shaping our client's marketing strategy and ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of their products.
Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans
Lead demand generation efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing and events
Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers and training resources
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary tools and support
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive joint marketing initiatives
Develop co-marketing programs and campaigns that leverage partner strengths and reach
Enhance brand awareness through innovative storytelling and content creation
Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and thought leadership
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. MBA is a plus
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of demand generation and sales enablement
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
