Role Description

This is a full-time ON SITE role located in Los Angeles, CA for an Office + Showroom Manager in the B2B Women's Fashion industry. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, administrative assistance, managing clothing inventory, collect and process payments, organize outgoing orders, conduct quality control, develop & deepen our relationships with stores, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Problem solving issues is also a secondary priority and task.

Primary role: Develop relationships and process wholesale b2b orders out successfully.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Familiarity with office equipment and technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
