Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to partners and firm
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports utilizing Quickbooks and WaveApps
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and mailing documents
Experience:
- Excellent client service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Quickbooks, WaveApps and/or other bookkeeping software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
