The Marketing Technologist will play a key role in driving their organization's marketing efforts by leveraging technology to optimize campaigns, enhance user experience, and analyze data for actionable insights. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Utilize marketing technology platforms to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and website, to increase engagement and drive conversions
Implement and maintain marketing analytics tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in marketing technology, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our marketing efforts
Provide training and support to team members on marketing technology platforms and tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing technology or a related role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems such as WordPress, a plus
