Our client, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is searching for a Manager - IT Controls & SOX Compliance to join their growing team in Farmington Hills, MI.

Responsibilities
The Manager - IT Controls & SOX Compliance is responsible for overseeing IT systems internal controls over all SOX in-scope systems:
Lead IT project management timelines
Provide guidance, assessment, and oversight on the governance of Change Management and System Access Controls
Work on the completion of comprehensive risk assessment, documentation, risk mitigation guidance, and related reporting
Perform SOX/audit projects and prepare SOX IT documentation
Provide control-related training to cross-functional process owners
Partner with business control owners to plan compliance testing programs
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related
5+ years of relevant work experience in a public accounting firm and/or multi-national public company
3+ years of experience in technology or support of technology
Hands-on SOX experience
