The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced HR professional to fill an open-ended temporary Benefits Coordinator role. This position will provide day-to-day benefits administration and support as well as help with various wellness events and initiatives while working alongside a great HR team.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist staff with daily inquiries and requests related to employee benefits
Administer employee wellness benefits
Oversee benefits enrollment and management
Manage monthly and quarterly benefits reporting
Assist with onboarding processes, payroll administration, and compensation and benefits surveys and trainings
Qualifications Include:
5+ years of HR Benefits experience
Proficiency in MSOffice
HRIS system experience
Strong attention to detail
