The ideal candidate is an experienced and creative problem solver working in coordination with a cross-functional team to support and design the member experience. You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead new innovations and projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing product performance and redesigning as required
  • Designing, developing, and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release
  • Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
  • Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates WellTrust Medical and its features across primary market segments
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by the teams developers
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years' experience with product management
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Have prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Familiar with API processes
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • SCRUM Certification would be a plus
  • Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in-person at uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters five days a week
