Our client, a leading independent investment bank (Elite Boutique) is looking for several Associates to join their Technology group in Boston. This opportunity will offer exposure to high-profile Technology M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and complex M&A analyses
Play a key role in all aspects of the execution process
Work alongside best-in-class Technology bankers
Requirements:
Prior Analyst and/or Associate level experience with another Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm
Technology industry coverage experience is strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
