Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ocala, FL for a Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and conducting payroll audits.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax regulations
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
