Job Description:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable SQL databases
- Write and optimize in-application SQL statements as part of a collaborative team
- Ensure performance, security and availability of databases
- Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
- Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak, as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand and address data requirements
- Implement automated processes for data handling and quality assurance to enhance system efficiency and accuracy
