Global Partner Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Supply Chain Project Manager for our Aerospace client in Wichita, KS. This is a 6+ month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, integration, implementation, and execution of multidisciplinary business processes within the Supply Chain function.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees across all levels.
Manage program supply chain deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Facilitate program-related meetings to drive communication and alignment.
Lead supplier meetings to track deliverables, parts, and inventory owed to Spirit, ensuring adherence to program schedules.
Manage supplier contracts and negotiate terms to secure optimal outcomes.
Utilize presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel) to effectively communicate project progress and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on project management.
Proven experience in supplier management, including contract negotiation and relationship building.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Travel may be required.
Contract Duration:
This is a 6+ month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
