We are seeking a highly motivated Managing Broker for our growing Luxury Real Estate Brokerage. This key position requires strong leadership skills, an ability to advise our Agents through complex transactions, a desire to mentor, and to help customize business development strategies for individual agents and teams. This position is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in support of our area's most productive real estate agents and the growth of a strong luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Staff: Run meetings, provide accountability and a commitment to excellence for all staff members, manage work schedules for employees, organize front desk coverage at two premium office locations.
Manage Agents: Consult with agents and advise on Best Practices, organize monthly sales meetings, approve listing agreements and amendments, provide advice for complex deals and/or customer issues, ensure agent adoption of key systems and company assets.
Oversee licensure requirements and maintenance.
Maintain Company Policies: Provide insights for ongoing improvement of company policies and standards.
Recruitment: Aid the primary recruiter in identifying and acquiring talented sales representatives. Already established relationships in the Agent community will be a plus.
Experience:
Must have 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Direct experience as a Managing Broker is a strong preference but may not be required for the right candidate.
Must have direct experience in the Naples Real Estate Market.
Must have an active Brokers License in the State of Florida.
Must have strong leadership ability and experience managing.
